Tweens 

Is your tween having a hard time adjusting to their new school? Are they having difficulties making new friends and adjusting to online and in-person classroom settings? Middle school is a pivotal time in your children’s emotional development. It can help set them up for success or years of emotional challenges. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Rational Emotional Therapy (REBT) and psychoanalysis are some of the scientifically proven therapies to be effective. During our sessions, a therapeutic plan is created where the concerns of the family and the adolescent are collectively taken into consideration to reach an agreement that works for the family.

Teenagers

I understand what it is like to be the first in your family to go college and navigate higher education. I will show you how to use practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotional Therapy (REBT) and psychoanalysis to take control of your future. You’ll be an adult before you know it and I am here to help you make that transition!
